Casa Milla
This farm gives tourists lots of services and facilities: flats with eveny comfort for a memorable holiday, a swimming pool, a large garden and a barbacue.You will find five elegant flats inside the farm, and two chic independent cottages in the gardens. This, maintained garden is totally fenced and contains many fruit and olive trees.
Responsible for Casa Milla is the owner, Luciano, (ex-bank director, well known in the area).
Cottage I Sleeps up to 4 peolple. There is a bedroom, bathroom with shower, dining room with cooking space and sofa bed, veranda with pergola, where you can eat and relax.
Cottage II Also sleeps up to 4 people. There is a bedroom, bathroom with shower, dining room with cooking space and sofa bed, veranda with pergola, where you can eat and relax.
Flats 1-4 For 2-4 persons, these flats have got a bedroom, bathroom with shower, dining room with cooking space and sofa bed.
Flats 1 and 2 are downstairs and they are 45 sq.m.
Flats 3 and 4 are on the first floor, and they are 50 sq.m.
Downstairs flats have got a veranda with pergola, next to the swimming pool
Upstairs flats have got a ground floor veranda into the garden with tables and chairs for meals and relaxation.
Flat 5 It is downstairs and it is 70 sq.m. Flat 5 is for 6 people. There are two separate bedrooms, dining room with fireplace and sofa bed, kitchen with oven, bathroom with shower, veranda with pergola the garden with table and chairs for meals and relaxation.
All flats are very comfortable, well appointed in Tuscan style, and have got satellite TV. Both flats and cottages have got separate heating and a safe deposit box.
Shopping
The near village of San pietro in Palazzi can be reached in a few minutes. Cecina is a good shopping centre. On Tuesdays there is the weekly market in Cecina, where you can find fruits, vegetables, cheese and typical food. CONAD supermarket is always open from Monday to Sunday, with non-stop shopping from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Cecina is close to the superstrada SGC FiPi-Li, and also enjoys railway and sea connections to the town. Firenze (100 kms), Isola d'Elba (40 kms), Siena (70 kms), Pisa (50 kms), Lucca (60 kms), Volterra (30 kms), San Gemignano (50 kms), Bolgheri (10 kms) are all within easy travelling distance. Bolgheri is well known for its long cypress road and for the production of famous wines, Sassicaia and Ornellaia, famous all over the world.
