The Property
Villa Berenice is as modern although extremely charming villa located on a hill side in Maremma, southern Tuscany, from where it’s possible to enjoy beautiful views over the medieval town of Capalbio, the Argentario peninsula and the Tuscan sea.
The property comprises a main house ranging over two separate floors plus two annexed suites and they have all been fully renovated in 2007 with comfortable modern furnishings.
The garden spreading over different levels is provided with several shaded loggias, the main one is fully equipped with a big barbeque and large marble table with chairs and is ideal for al fresco dining. The infinity-edge pool enjoys breathtaking views over the valley and the sea. The pool is fully equipped with changing room and nice and comfortable long chairs and sofas. Guests staying at the villa will be tempted to spend most of their time within the comforts of the property even if the seaside with its sandy beaches is only 15 minutes far and the nearby area is reach in nice locations to visit.
Technical
Upper ground floor Two flights of stairs from the parking lead to the main entrance which is into a large living room with fireplace. To the right some steps up lead to a lobby leading, anticlockwise, to a large dining room, the kitchen, a little guests bathroom and another lobby with a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with fireplace and a bathroom with,tub.
Ground floor Half way from the parking area and the upper ground floor, on the left a door opens into a corridor leading to a double bedroom with fireplace and en suite bathroom with shower, straight a French window is the entrance of another double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
First suite At the same level of the swimming pool a first suite composed by a twin bedroom with a fireplace, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower and a conservatory facing the pool and the garden.
Second suite The second suite, also al the same of the pool, is composed by a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower
